Located in Hamilton Ontario, Indwell’s Rudy Hulst Commons was a prominent project for the community.
Indwell is a Christian not-for-profit that creates affordable housing communities that supports people seeking health, wellness and belonging.
Rather than create a standard brick and mortar building, Indwell worked with the imaginative design team at Invizij Architects to create something that would be vibrant in the community and provide residents with a dignified living space.

Additionally, to maximize the full R-value potential of their continuous insulation system, they specified Sobotec’s SLT-Clip which assists in meeting and exceeding ASHRAE 90.1 goals for energy-efficiency.
In this project testimonial, Invizij Architects‘ Emma Cubitt shares some of her design goals, while Indwell’s Graham Cubitt shares some insights on the Rudy Holst Commons.
